Step by step

  • Step 1

    Cook the noodles according to the directions on the package.

  • Step 2

    Place the salmon fillets on a plate and spread well with the teriyaki sauce. Sprinkle with some salt and pepper and let it marinate.

  • Step 3

    In the meantime, bring a pan of water to the boil and cut the broccoli into florets. Boil the broccoli for 5 minutes.

  • Step 4

    Peel and squeeze the garlic. Heat a dash of oil in a wok or frying pan and fry the garlic for about 2 minutes.

  • Step 5

    Add the broccoli and asparagus tips and fry for another 5 minutes. Sprinkle with some salt and pepper.

  • Step 6

    Meanwhile, heat another dash of oil in another pan and fry the salmon fillets in it for about 4 minutes until golden brown on both sides.

  • Step 7

    Divide the noodles over two plates, spoon the vegetables on top and serve the salmon fillet next to it. Drizzle over some more teriyaki sauce to taste.
